The Nationwide Training Company has teamed up with a specialist firm of licensing Solicitors to provide a free* licensing helpline for companies and individuals requiring licensing advice and assistance.

Licensing Legal Solicitors are rated as the number one licensing firm in the North West of England in the Chambers & Partners "Client's Guide to the UK Legal Profession 2006". The firm provides advice on licensing applications nationally. Experienced Solicitors are on hand to provide advocacy at licensing hearings. The firm also deals with all regulatory issues relating to licensing e.g. prosecutions.

*Terms and conditions apply, as follows:-

• The helpline will normally operate from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays etc);
• The helpline will be limited to a maximum call length of 5 minutes when assistance/advice will be provided free of charge. Only one call will be allowed per query;
• After 5 minutes any further advice assistance will be provided on a chargeable basis and on the standard Terms of Business of Licensing Legal Solicitors;
• Licensing Legal Solicitors will not be liable for any advice provided unless it is formally instructed to act on behalf of a helpline user. Formal instructions involve the signing of Terms of Business and the provision of client identity documents (and usually the provision of funds on account of costs);
• Licensing Legal Solicitors reserves the right to bar excessive users of the helpline.
