Prerequisite:
The CIEH
Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene qualification or equivalent
knowledge. Candidates for the qualification will need to have
an analytical approach to food hygiene and will be encouraged
to demonstrate how they can influence others and positively
encourage good standards.
